1. The lessons will be longer and led by instructors. Our main job as counselors for lessons will be to aid, not teach, except if one of us has the chance to lead a lesson. They also will progress slower in the way that middle schoolers may. take longer to understand certain concepts. 2. Our team is great at communicating and remaining calm. We probably need to work on taking control and being assertive. I have no doubt that we will be an effective team in leadership! 3. Melody is easy to connect with and great at teamwork. Morgan is considerate and helpful. Abby is efficient and reliable. Harper is assertive and ambitious. I am excited to work with this team!
