1. I think the middle school kids will have more trouble engaging with the content, however, it is beneficial that everything is outside and so interactive. 2. I think our team's greatest strength is humor, we were able to laugh at ourselves when our activities didn't work out the way we wanted to. I don't think we take ourselves too seriously which is good when working with middle school students. I think our greatest weakness is communication. We need to work on more clearly communicating with each other during difficult activities. 3. Dillon is able to keep our team focused together. Rhiannon is good at problem-solving. Rylee is very positive even during difficult tasks. Sean is very open-minded.
